I just don’t understand the fixation on police officers with Segways.  If I ever found a cop on a funny looking scooter coming for me, I’d run into someone’s backyard and over a fence.  As the cop would have to ditch the scooter to hop the fence, I’d just run back in a circle, hop on the abandoned Segway, and get away.
