Dear Cincinnati Post:

In today’s story by Joe Wessels (”Reporters need not apply” ), Jeff Cramerding said that partisans and journalists don’t go together—and that is why I am not allowed to join the Charter Party. Cramerding failed to mention (perhaps because he does not know) that the Charter Party is a non-partisan organization.

As they say, there may be no Republican way to fill a pothole, and no Democratic way to plow the streets—but Cramerding has pioneered a Charterite way to exclude people from the political process.

Cramerding had the audacity to say he was doing me a favor, but he is not my father and I never asked him for advice.
