After Election Night lockdown, security eases up

The schools were not informed of the terrorism concerns either, though Commissioner Pat South said Warren County was rated a 10 on a threat scale of 10. Donovan Elementary, with 752 third- and fourth-graders, is across the street and on Election Day, students participated in outdoor recess and some even walked to and from school.

Who knows why? Young declined to identify the agent he said gave him the warning, and the FBI said they never issued any such warning and never had any reason to suspect a specific threat against Warren County.

FBI denies warning officials of any special threat

The information, which Commissioner Pat South said was previously deemed confidential, is coming out a week after the public was barred from viewing the Warren County vote count. The Ohio Secretary of State?s office doesn?t know of any other county in the state to impose such a restriction.
