View Three Centurions
The Three Centurions, LLC, and The Three Centurions II, LLC, are corporations owned by the Heimlich, Finney, and Eichorn families dedicated to real estate investments.
Phil Heimlich, Chris Finney, and Jeff Eichorn transferred ownership to their wives when The Dean of Cincinnati first started reporting about the connection.
It raises questions, particularly given Heimlich’s frequent appointment of Finney to influential boards—particularly the Drake Board and the Tax Levy Review Committee.
These guys are always looking to cut property taxes, and since they are property investors, a question of motives is raised.
