Ken Blackwell is currently the Secretary of State for the State of Ohio. He served as mayor of Cincinnati from 1979-1980. He attended Xavier University. His wife Rosa Blackwell is the Superintendent for Cincinnati Public Schools.
Ken was a Republican candidate for governor of Ohio in the November 2006 Elections.
