Jeff Berding is a first-time Councilmember and fifth-generation Cincinnatian. He was born and raised in Westwood, where he currently lives. He is the proud father of three young children. Councilmember Berding attended St. Catharine Elementary School, St. Xavier High School, and graduated with honors from Miami University. He received his MBA with honors from Xavier University.

Berding has served as Public Affairs Director for the Cincinnati Bengals.

Berding has also alienated rank-and-file Democrats who think his positions are too much like a Republican?s.? Many speculate that despite huge fundraising that he could lose his bid for re-election.
